AUDIO
Live events can cover many corners of the event industry from large brand corporate meetings to an outdoor stage with live acts to fireworks.
It can also incorporate live streams with a camera set up and broadcasting and recording for later editing.
If you are looking for a branded backdrop with visuals for your clients or maybe your company team building day, we can offer a stage with professional sound and back drop with visuals running from front of house with onsite engineers for the comfort of the speaker on stage doing the presentation
. We accept all forms of material to then be used in a slide show built with PowerPoint as an example. We can stream video content and supply wireless lapel tie mics and hand held roving mics for questions and answers sessions.
VISUAL
If break out rooms are required with visuals we can also supply projectors with large screens or LED TV Screens which can be remotely used wirelessly or via laptop or device. Many people if not doing corporate simply want a stage for a DJ or a band to be raised so they feel a bit more separated from the dancefloor and so the crowd can have better visibility.
Again if the band also requires an on-site sound engineer to control their level for the live show and sound checks we can supply you with this service.
Alongside the services mentioned we can provide full front of house pa systems from any size required and stage monitoring with separate monitor mic and engineer if requested. It’s nice to let your guests see the performers also and we can offer a wide range of lighting and effects available including simple wash lighting to professional DMX able moving heads or gobo projectors with movement which can
also involve your college or school or corporate logos.
WOW FACTOR
Special effects are stocked at Core Event Hire for many occasions including theater, this includes pyrotechnics packages and cold spark machines and the traditional CO2 jets and smoke machines. We can also supply pro hazers and dry ice machines too.
Lighting & AV technicians are available to help you from start to finish including the design and ideas from simple stage lighting, outdoor tree floods and even fireworks with lights. All sound can be supplied for including instrument microphones, wireless microphones and recording devices with support from our in house recording studio setup.
EXTRAS
One of our specialties is theming and our retro effects section where we’ve held many magical effects which separate our stock from the usual packages offered. This can include projection of fire and ice effects, arcline strobe tubes for car runways and fashion shows, retro disco balls and cosmos balls to over 100 real glass neon signs including a large loveheart for weddings and valentines events.

Themes are definitely one of our strong points and we wouldn’t be the only ones to say it! From Great Gastby to Disco, Retro 80’s or Neon themes we can supply awesome props and lighting with a difference to really bring ideas to life. So what makes us different from the rest? The fact we’ve invested in many vintage effects that simply aren’t available to most people now such as a Cosmos Ball to Flame & Ripple projections, Chasing Strobe Tubes and Real Ultraviolet effects & Vintage Glass neon Tubes we really do push to make the difference and give an experience to not be forgotten.

It’s not the size that counts, it’s what you do with it? Well true we can supply you with a simple disco party package for the corner of your living room or a pub backroom venue to a full scale show in a large scale venue where more professionalism is required. We’re not shy to supply a small disco for you and your friends to celebrate a 40th but we’re also not afraid of a large production with on site AV techs for upto 1000+ people attending.

The equipment packages offered can be adapted to many budgets suggested and offered from large to smaller events and parties, weddings, corporate shows or festival stages.
