Choose from our extensive range of Projection packages and LED repeater TV screens and high power rear throw beamers for your Corporate gathering, we can supply a platform for your speakers on the day and Lecterns for the opening ceremony with options of Panel Mics, Lapel or Headsets and Handheld Wireless Roving Mics for your Q&A sessions. On the show day we have AV tech’s who can stay on site to run your comfort monitors, projections and sound and broadcast or livestreams. We also offer a sound recording service where the audio files can be arranged and topped and tailed accordingly in our studio and sent via a dropbox or sharing link.

If you require Show Ready Laptops for Powerpoint, Teams & Zoom, Ultra HD Cameras, Preview Screens & Vision Mixers then please do let us know in your request and we can include it in your package quote. If you require a backdrop where we build in the screen and colour code the set build for you and supply the chairs and table for the panel meeting for your livestream or video shoot this can be arranged and made to custom size for you. Company logos can be printed onto metal or glass gobos and projected onto walls, ceilings and floor spaces to give a real professional feel for your client or your company. We can also offer a cheaper alternative to the metal gobos and print to acetate which can be used through low heat LED profile lights.

We offer a full team including AV engineers to help with Powerpoint presentations, sound technicians to keep track of your recordings and sound levels and camera crews for roving shots and steady camera work. We often change the lighting and certainly suggest face lighting especially in the filming environment and this is something our lighting designers can create and control for you. Camera lighting including daylight, natural or warm tungsten are all options available.

We always suggest having the stage or platform carpeted and with our neat and tidy pleated stage skirts for the last piece of professionalism for your audience or watchers to see. Logo boards can be designed and ordered for the front of our lecterns on either the DAX Acrylic or Wooden style we stock. We’re constantly re-investing in top quality equipment to make sure our corporate customers are always provided with the best equipment, while keeping our costs affordable. Some of the AV equipment that we provide for hire includes, Fastfold projector screens and high power projectors, Unicol projector and laptop stands, Lite deck modular stages, Live camera feed, recording and mixing equipment.
